Maxonic Automation Control Co., Ltd. is a Mainland /Hong Kong joint venture company founded in 1991. Maxonic specializes in semi-manufacturing, engineering, trading and distribution of automation instruments and industrial control hardware throughout the PRC.

The company represents a wide arrange of internationally acclaimed brands and is the main distribution agent for the US Honeywell and Japanese Yamatake brands, the sole agent for the Italian ASA, the Austrian Schiebel, the German PS Automation labels, etc. in the Mainland. Ever since establishment, Maxonic has remained the BEST PERFORMING MAINLAND AGENT for Honeywell and Yamatake over the last five years.

Maxonic operates on a truly "think global, act local" business platform. Based in Shekou, Shenzhen with a full-scale R& D unit, demonstration centre and show rooms, sales and administrative offices as well as our own plant, Maxonic's strategic development office is located at Hong Kong to provide the world with an easy point of entry into the Mainland market. Maxonic boasts a solid marketing and distribution network for our partners and products with over ten representative and sales offices throughout the PRC staffed by experienced local personnel and and our company list is fast expanding.

With a global perspective, Maxonic has been actively building strategic alliances with foreign companies for mutually winning business co-operations. "PS Maxonic Hong Kong Ltd", a joint venture between Maxonic and the second largest actuator manufacturer in Germany, PS Automation GmbH, was formed in 1997 to produce and distribute PS actuators in the PRC. To-date, the PS brand has successfully built its name in the market and is well-positioned to become an industry standard with a great number of automation instrument manufacturers and valve makers integrating the PS actuator into its industrial control bundle as an end solution to customers.
